There’s a conversation you keep going over in your head.
You didn’t say the thing you wanted to say.
Or you said it, but not the way you meant it.
Or you’ve avoided the whole thing altogether — hoping it might resolve itself.
We’ll take a real situation from your own life.
Not something huge. Just… something unfinished.
A sentence that never came out right.
You’ll get to explore it from both sides: yours, and the other person’s.
Not to excuse anything. Just to get a fuller picture.
And if you want, you’ll try finding one sentence that feels real.
Come from wherever you are — work, home, car, sofa.
In your pajama, dressed up, with or without your biggest fan.
You don’t have to bring anything.
Just yourself. That’s the point.
We hope to see you there!

This Talk is for You if You’ve Found Yourself:
-
Holding your tongue when you wish you hadn’t
-
Speaking too sharply after holding it in too long
-
Rehearsing how to say something “the right way” and never finding it
-
Keeping the peace — but feeling like you’re disappearing a little
You’re not alone in that.
It happens to thoughtful, strong women all the time.
But it doesn’t have to stay that way.

Real Life, Real Conversations
This isn’t another Zoom where you sit muted for an hour.
It's a real, supportive conversation — led with care and a little spark.
Because sharing a moment with women who get it?
That’s rare. And powerful.
Three Things We Often Hear (And Why They’re Not a Problem):
"I don’t have time."
Of course you don’t.
You’re the one who holds everything.
The meetings. The kids. The plans. The feelings in the room.
So no, you don’t have time.
But if you don’t take one hour now — when will you?
When it gets quieter? When you’re less tired? When everyone else is okay first?
That day doesn’t come.
And you already know that.
This one hour is not a luxury.
What if the others are more clever, more confident, more...?
They’re not.
They’re women like you.
Most of them are carrying more than they say out loud.
None of us come to impress anyone.
We come because something inside us wants to change.
"My English isn’t good enough."
We keep it simple.
You’ll understand more than you think. And if you miss a word, that’s okay.
You’re welcome in the room — just as you are.

About Beyourhealth & Lead Club
We’re Ulrika and Sybille.
We created the club because we were tired of spaces that felt like pressure instead of support.
Here, it's about small, meaningful steps — not perfection.
You’re already enough. You just deserve a little more space to remember it.
