Ever since you became a mom, the expectations of the outside world seemed to change. Society tells you to go and just take care of your kids while you feel that you can, and want to, do so much more.

We live in a world where many women struggle to find time for both family and work and getting a lower salary than men for the same work. The fastest way of changing that is to start with yourself.

 

This is why we started Beyourhealth & Lead Club. You need to gain the courage to start that dance class you have looked at for months and say no to your boss when you're getting tons of paperwork on your lap. We know that when you surround yourself with people who support you when you doubt yourself, your life will change forever.

Sometimes you feel like the loneliest person in the world.

​We have been there, and we have talked to alot of women that have been down that hole too. But you can change that by surround yourself with like minded women who also wants to:

  • Climb up that carrier ladder you always dreamed about.

  • Find the time to move your body several times a week in a way that makes you laugh and feel energized waking up in the morning.

  • Get tools for how to stand up for yourself at work…

  • Take care of your mind, prioritizing long walks, meditation, and reading a book that makes you caught up in the story.

  • ..and while you do all this, you still have time to be a present mother, friend, and partner.
